Jide is a retired seasoned commissioner of police and is currently a consultant with the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).

He has 33 years of meritorious service in the Nigeria Security Outfit, traversing the whole country in various capacities, are worth noting in bringing his experience to bear in the operational capacity of the company. Internationally, he served as an international police officer with the United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL). He had attended so many trainings, both within and outside the country, in recognition of his outstanding performance in securing lives and property, he received many awards, among which are the Inspector General of Police Commendation for Exemplary Quality and Professional Conduct and the American Certificate of Appreciation for Professionalism in Providing Security Support and Safeguarding Lives.

As regards professional membership, he is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

He served with distinction in various roles within the Nigeria Police Force, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to crime prevention and law enforcement. His tenure with the United Nations as an international Police officer further enriched his expertise in peacekeeping operations.

In the realm of industrial security, Mr. Ademola excelled as a senior member of the Nigeria Institute for Industrial Security and held key positions at Benin Nigeria Limited, where he significantly contributed to cost savings and operational efficiency. He is also affiliated with professional bodies such as the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations and the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria.

Mr. Ademola holds a Master’s degree in Communication Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Nigeria. He is a passionate advocate for continuous learning and holds numerous security certifications from reputable institutions.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Ademola enjoys traveling, exploring nature, indulging in literature, and motivating others through public speaking engagements.
